What happens when I purchase a pre-order item?Updated 18 days ago
- Pre-order items are not in stock currently but are expected to be available for shipment at a later date.
- The estimated arrival date for the item will be displayed on the product page under the "description section" in red font. This is just an estimate, and the item could arrive early, or a delay could occur. Any updates to the estimated delivery date will be updated in the same section.
- If you purchase a pre-order item, it will be reserved for you and mailed to you as soon as the shipment reaches our warehouse.
- The payment will be completed for the pre-order item within 7 days of the purchase and you will see the completed charge on your account.
- You will receive an email with the tracking information when the pre-order ships out.
