My order was marked as delivered, but it was not receivedUpdated a year ago
- Be sure to check the direct FedEx link emailed to you to be sure they marked it as delivered. You can find your FedEx tracking number by clicking track order here
- FedEx usually includes a photo taken at the time of delivery. If you see a photo, please check to see if you recognize the location.
- If it is no longer in the delivery location, please check with other household members, neighbors, or building management who may have collected the package for you
