We are unable to update the billing address on an order that has already been placed. The billing address on your order will not affect its processing or shipment. It will also not receive any postal mailings to that address regarding the billing of the order.

If your order was placed with a Credit Card the billing address is used as an additional level of security to ensure the order is not fraudulent. Not to worry if the order does not match the account information, the order will process properly.

If your order was placed with PayPal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, ShopPay, or other express checkout options, our website does not have visibility to your billing address for your security. To fill in the fields, it copies the entered shipping address so it is not left blank.
