Can I exchange for a different style?Updated 22 days ago
- To begin your exchange, please visit our returns portal here
- You will need to have your order number and the shipping zip code available
- Select the style and the reason for the return
- Select "Return item or exchange for something else."
- If there is more than 1 item in your order, select "Continue with return"; otherwise, the screen will automatically advance
- A new screen will populate with the heading "Shop Now and Get Something New," and click "Shop Now with your credit". From there, you may filter through items from our website to exchange for. Once selected, click continue to the summary page. If the item you are exchanging for is more expensive, you will be prompted to enter your credit card information for the balance. If the item is less expensive, you will be refunded the balance.
- You will be given the option for an "Instant Exchange" or "Send my exchange after I return".
- The Instant Exchange option will allow you to enter your credit card information to reserve the exchange items and place the order immediately. This authorization will only authorize $1 on submission, and the full amount will be charged to you if the return is not sent back within 14 days. Any discount on an original order will carry over from your original order, so it will just be an even exchange.
- Send my exchange after I return process will do exactly that. Once your return is scanned at a FedEx drop-off location, the exchange will process. This also does not reserve the exchanged item until the return is scanned, so there is a risk of it selling out before you have a chance to return your order.
